Please read these ticketing terms carefully before using the 2WayStreet ticketing platform.
Last updated: 11th February 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the 2WayStreet platform (“2WayStreet”, “we”, “us”, “our”), including the sale and purchase of tickets for events listed on the platform.
By using 2WayStreet as a venue, organiser, or ticket purchaser, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2WayStreet.uk has an online ticketing platform that enables venues and event organisers (“Organisers”) to sell tickets directly to customers (“Customers”).
2WayStreet.uk acts as an intermediary and is not the organiser of any event listed on the platform.
All ticket payments are processed via third-party payment providers. Ticket prices are set by the organiser. Customers pay the ticket price shown at checkout and no additional booking fees are added unless stated otherwise.
2WayStreet.uk charges organisers a platform fee of 6% with a minimum fee of (£0.30) of the ticket price per ticket sold.
The platform fee is only earned where an event takes place. If an event is cancelled, no platform fee is payable.
Ticket revenue is held pending completion of the event or expiry of any applicable refund period.
Payouts to organisers are made after the event has taken place, less the applicable platform fee and any deductions outlined in these Terms.
Where a refund is issued, customers will receive a full refund of the ticket price paid.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.
Payment processing fees charged by third-party providers are non-refundable.
Where a refund is issued, all non-refundable transaction fees incurred as a result of the refund must be covered by the organiser.
These fees typically consist of a fixed per-transaction charge plus a percentage of the ticket price, as set by the payment provider.
Such fees will be deducted from the organiser’s ticket revenue or invoiced where necessary.
If an event is cancelled:
Any chargebacks, disputes, penalties, or related fees imposed by payment providers are the responsibility of the organiser and may be deducted from organiser revenue or invoiced separately.
Organisers are responsible for managing their own financial risk.
For higher-risk events, organisers may wish to consider event cancellation insurance to cover refund-related costs, including transaction fees. 2WayStreet.uk does not provide insurance.
Payment processing fees are set by third-party providers and may change from time to time. Any such changes will apply automatically to future transactions.
2WayStreet.uk shall not be liable for losses arising from event cancellation, failure to deliver an event, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
