Terms of Service

Welcome to 2WayStreet's Terms of Service.

Here we go then... We want to make this as simple as possible

1. For the Artist / Entertainer

Our standard subscription for artists and entertainers is £10 per month, payable securely via Stripe. This price is guaranteed until January 2027.

2WayStreet is designed to put entertainers in control of their bookings, helping you connect directly with venues and secure well-paid gigs without the need for an agent. In many cases, a single booking can more than cover the cost of your monthly subscription.

To maximise your visibility on the platform, we strongly recommend completing your profile in full, including a high-quality demo or performance video and a detailed, accurate biography. Venues often search using artist names and keywords from bios, so a complete profile significantly improves your chances of being discovered and booked.

From time to time, 2WayStreet may offer promotional pricing or incentives for new subscribers. While we reserve the right to review and adjust pricing in the future, our commitment is to maintain the £10 monthly subscription until at least January 2027.

2. For the Venues

For venues, 2WayStreet is currently provided free of charge, giving you direct access to a wide range of entertainers across the UK. Our platform is designed to make it easy to discover, review, and connect with suitable artists for your events.

Artist reviews and star ratings play an important role in maintaining trust and quality within the community. All feedback must be accurate, fair, and professional. Any reviews or content that are misleading, abusive, offensive, or inappropriate may be removed. Repeated misuse of the review system may result in restricted or withdrawn access to the platform.

3. Content Standards, Copyright & Legal Compliance

All users of 2WayStreet — including artists, entertainers, venues, and any third parties interacting with the platform — are responsible for all content they upload, submit, link to, or display on the site.

By using 2WayStreet, you confirm and agree that:

  • Ownership & Licensing: You own the rights to, or have obtained all necessary licences, permissions, and consents for, any content you upload or link to (including videos, images, photographs, audio recordings, written text, biographies, logos, and promotional materials).
  • Copyright & Intellectual Property: You must not upload, embed, or link to copyrighted material unless you are the rights holder or have explicit permission or a valid licence. This includes background music in videos, third-party images, stock footage, and recorded performances.
  • Accuracy & Lawfulness: All information provided in profiles, listings, communications, or other content must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
  • GDPR & Data Protection: Any personal data shared on the platform must comply with UK GDPR and data protection laws. You must not upload personal data relating to others without a lawful basis and appropriate consent.
  • Decency & Community Standards: Content must meet reasonable standards of professionalism and decency and must not be offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate. Content should reflect the values and standards expected by the 2WayStreet community.

2WayStreet reserves the right (but is not obliged) to review, moderate, remove, or restrict access to any content that breaches these Terms of Service, infringes intellectual property rights, violates data protection laws, or falls below the community standards expected on the platform. Serious or repeated breaches may result in content removal, account suspension, or account termination without refund.

4. Communications

2WayStreet uses its own bespoke email service to send newsletters, platform updates, and other relevant communications. Both entertainers and venues may opt out of non-essential communications at any time. However, certain service-related messages (such as account or security notifications) may still be sent where necessary for the operation of the platform.

5. General

Please respect the service we offer and do not share your direct phone, email or website details on our site. We reserve the right to remove images or even artists public profiles that attempt to bypass a system we've spent lots of time and money developing.

Above all else, thank you for being part of the 2WayStreet community.

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the most recent version.
